At Green Apple we cheer on our kids as pianists, dancers, singers,

and encourage the big dreams for all children. Here you will find

a reasonable price. We have gone where the designers go to bring you

To place an order by phone, please call us between 8:00am-6:00pm
mountain time. Messages left to Green Apple after hours will be answered
the next business day.

PRICE GUARANTEE
When selecting your order, pricing is important to our customers.
So be confident that when you buy from Green Apple Design we will
honor any on-line competitor’s price for a like item. This
does not apply to Ebay sales, closeouts, liquidations, or special
promotional items. We will gladly make an adjustment within 3 business
days of your order.
SALES TAX
No sales tax is charged to delivery locations outside of Colorado.
There may be applicable taxes in your state but Green Apple Design
does not collect these fees. The state of Colorado requires that
we collect 6.85% on all orders shipped to a Colorado address.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Green Apple Design offers many products that are seasonal and are
available for a short period of time. So you will see some of our
products being retired when they are no longer available from our
artisans or distributors. They are indicated by the words seasonal-limited
supply.
Rates change from time to time and are subject to change until your
order is placed. If there is a pricing error, Green Apple will contact
you before proceeding with your order.
Shipping times are based on estimates from our artisans. Green Apple
reserves the right to change product information and shipping schedules
that occur from time to time due to product availability, artisan
delays, shipping delays, or discontinued items. We will make every
effort to get you your items as quickly as possible but regrettably
cannot be held responsible for these delays.
Green Apple Design makes every attempt to ensure that the products
featured are safe. However Green Apple Design cannot be held liable
for accidents that result in personal injury that involves a product
purchased on the Green Apple site.
SHIPPING
Shipping charges are determined on the total amount of your purchase.
Our rates are based on ground shipping within the 48 contiguous states.
Over sized or bulky items require a delivery surcharge and are noted
in the description of the item.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Custom items
Custom designed or made-to-order furnishings are paid in full upon
order. They cannot be returned or exchanged.
Non Custom items
We want you to be happy so if you are not satisfied with your non-custom
item, you may return it for a refund, exchange or a Green Apple
Credit. It must be returned unused, in its original packaging and
in its original condition. Call us within 14 days of the receipt
and we will give you an authorization code to return the item.
When Green Apple receives the return we will issue you the proper
credit or exchange. Regrettably, shipping charges cannot be refunded;
all shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We
encourage you to return your item with insurance protection against
loss or damage.
All sales on discounted, sale, or sample items are final.
